TESY is the winner in the national contest “Building of the year 2016”

TESY is the winner in the prestigious national contest “Building of the year 2016” in category “Industrial and logistics buildings” with the project - Factory of electric water heaters.

The investment in the new facility is 15 million leva and for the realization TESY worked with Ivo-Petrov Architects, Cordeel Bulgaria and Lindner Imobilen Management.

Within the property there are several production and warehouse buildings, as the new facility is situated in the southern part thereof. It consists of an administrative building, industrial building with a warehouse appertaining thereto and indoor connections to the existing buildings and transport corridor.

TESY`s Managing Director – Mr. Zhechko Kuyrkchiev – received the award at a gala dinner ceremony on 13^th December. In his speech he shared the TESY believe that the more is always the better and this is a path followed in the realization of this project also.

 The national contest ‘Building of the Year’ is the most prestigious event in the field of investment activities, construction and architecture and distinguishes the best achievements for the past year.

The most significant realizations in Bulgaria that have been certified and approved throughout the year, apply and go through an assessment by a prominent jury of respected representatives of the professional communities.

The factory has the most modern equipment for manufacturing of electric water heaters in Europe.
